3D Printing

Our 3D printers are high-quality printers that use 1.75mm ABS filament. It passes through a heated nozzle to melt them, which then builds the product layer by layer. As a result, it gives a great finish. We then let the model sit to cool before we take it off the bed. The support material is then removed from the product (if support was required).

We offer different color of ABS material. PLA can also be used if requested.
3D printing is ideal for stationary prototypes and decoration.
Maximum product dimension: 225 x 145 x 150 mm.

CNC Machining


CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. It is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computer to control machine tools. Sheet Metal

Sheet Metal is a metal formed by an industrial process into thin, flat pieces. Sheet metal is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking and it can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. We offer a wide range of sheet metal products. We use advanced laser cutting technology to custom make wide range of products for our customers. Laser cutting process is more precise and uses less energy when cutting steel and aluminum sheets. It also enables us to cut complex shapes without using any tooling and faster than other cutting methods. We can fabricate according to your specification and deliver prior to deadlines. We can cut, bend, weld and assemble exactly how you want it to be.



Prototype is the initial stage of a concept or idea. It is generally used to evaluate a new design for any error in functionality or design. Usually 3D printed prototypes are used for visual prototyping or as show piece of your art. And metal prototypes can be used as a working prototype which represents the functionality of the final product. We can build you 3D printed prototypes as well as metal prototypes depending on your requirements.


Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

DFM is a general engineering practice of designing products or components in such way that they will be easy to manufacturer. The major benefit of DFM is that it helps in reducing the final cost of the product. It allows potential problem to be fixed while still under the designing phase which could save a lot on your total cost. Few other factors that affects manufacturing are the type of raw material, form of raw material, tolerance and surface finish.


Metal Bending

As the name suggest, the process of bending metal in desire shape is called Metal Bending. It is a manufacturing process that produces V-Shape, U-Shape or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile material like sheet metal. Our CNC bending machines enables us to precisely bend most materials and thickness up to 10 feet in length.
